Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 12 PM.
Shisha or hookah is not allowed in room or bungalow or balcony or terrace (only in restaurant or Shisha lounge)
The Resort will not be responsible for any accident or injury to any guest during his stay in the resort unless such accident or injury is solely and directly caused by the Resort.
The Resort will not be responsible for any loss of any property or valuable of any kind.
Each guest agrees to pay for any items found to be missing from his or her room.
Each guest assumes full responsibility and agrees to pay for any damage caused by him or her (or his or her visitors) to any room or other property of the Resort.
Pets are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
The Resort reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or remove any individual from the Resort premises, if such guest violates any rule or policy of the Resort.
Bringing of food/drinks or shisha to the resort premises is not allowed (You can purchase them from the outlets of the resort)
Burkini is allowed in the Pine pool and in the indoor pool, however it is not allowed in the Infinity pool since the bar is inside it with all kinds of alcohol
Infinity pool is for adults only, children are allowed to swim in Pine pool and in the indoor pool
Bookings, Payments, Cancellation
50% deposit is required for confirmation of the reservation.
This 50 % is non refundable in case the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check in date no matter what happens (even Covid cases)
In case you wish to modify you reservation, you must inform us at least 10 days before the check in date or else the deposit will not be transferred to the new date
Accommodation and service fees can be settled in LBP at market rate at the time of booking.
