Every villa at Scappa is built into the mountainside above the Ajaltoun valley, and each one is a private place of its own. Here's how they differ, so you can pick the one that suits your trip.

Superior Hanging Villa
Our most private retreat. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the bedroom onto a wooden deck and a heated pool that seems to run straight into the valley. It's for adults only (18+), which makes it our first choice for honeymoons, anniversaries and proposals. Please note that it's reached by a long flight of stairs.
Superior Eagle Nest Villa
The largest villa, with a bedroom, a living area with a fireplace, two bathrooms and two balconies. One balcony is glass-enclosed, so you can choose between the indoor and the outdoor Jacuzzi whatever the weather. It suits couples who want space, or two to four friends or family.
Hanging Villa
An intimate 30 m² villa suspended above the valley, with a private indoor Jacuzzi, a king bed and a balcony. It's the simplest way to have your own Jacuzzi and the view.
The Flying Room and Flying Suite
If you love the Jacuzzi but want more glass, look at our Flying rooms. They stand on the Flying Deck over the cliff, each with an indoor Jacuzzi beside a floor-to-ceiling glass wall and a fireplace, which makes them a favourite in winter. The Flying Room is 45 m²; the Flying Suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (60 m²).

- A couple, a special occasion: Superior Hanging Villa.
- Winter, a fireplace, more space, or friends: Superior Eagle Nest Villa.
- A short escape for two: Hanging Villa.
- A Jacuzzi and a fireplace behind a wall of glass: Flying Room, or the Flying Suite with two bedrooms.
- A family with children: Superior Eagle Nest Villa, or one of our suites (the Superior Hanging Villa is adults only).
Every villa includes
Breakfast, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, a safe, a kettle with tea and coffee, and full bathroom amenities. Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out by 12 PM. Pets are not allowed.
