Book direct

Book your stay with us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. You become a member automatically with your first stay.

Earn points

1 point for every US dollar of room rate, added once your stay is fully paid.

Enjoy your tier

Your tier follows your points of the last 12 months. Once reached, it is yours for 12 months.

Bronze

From your first stay

  • Member-only offers and seasonal promotions
  • Priority booking over non-members

Silver

1,000 points

  • Early check-in from 2:00 PM
  • Late check-out until 1:00 PM
  • Priority assignment of the best available room within the booked category

Gold

3,000 points

  • Early check-in from 1:00 PM
  • Late check-out until 2:00 PM
  • One complimentary room upgrade per year
  • 10% discount on spa services
  • Priority upgrades over Silver and Bronze members

Platinum

6,000 points

  • Priority early check-in from 12:00 PM
  • Late check-out until 3:00 PM
  • Priority room assignment and upgrades
  • Complimentary spa access once per stay
  • Personalized in-room VIP welcome amenity
  • Dedicated reservation handling

Your wallet

Check your points any time

Open the Scappa Loyalty wallet and log in with the phone number you book with and your last name. We send you a one-time code on WhatsApp. You will see your points, your tier and every stay that earned them.

Program conditions

How are points earned?

1 point for every US dollar of room rate on stays booked directly with us, added once the stay is fully paid. Stays booked through Booking.com, Expedia, other online agencies or travel agents don't earn points, nor do stays at a discounted or offer rate.

How long does my tier last?

Your tier follows your points of the last 12 months. Once reached, it is yours for 12 months, and it goes up as soon as your points reach the next level.

Where do the benefits apply?

Benefits apply to direct bookings only and can't be combined with promotions or third-party offers.

Early check-in and late check-out

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may not be possible from 15 June to 15 September, over New Year's Eve and festive periods, on Lebanese national holidays, or on sold-out dates.

Anything else?

All benefits are subject to availability; management has the final say on upgrades and privileges. Points can't be exchanged for cash or used to pay. Scappa Resort may change the program at any time.
